Q: Do I need to travel with a group, or can I book a solo/custom trip?
A: We offer both! We also create custom itineraries for individuals, couples, and small private groups.

Q: How does the planning process work?
A: After submitting your inquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery call. From there, you’ll receive a tailored proposal. Once approved, we begin booking, curating, and finalizing your journey!

Q: Do you provide bilingual support?
A: Yes! We offer bilingual (English/Spanish) support for planning, documentation, and in-destination assistance when available.

Q: What if I’ve never traveled internationally before?
A: No worries! We guide you every step of the way—from what to pack to navigating customs. You’ll receive detailed travel kits and resources to feel fully prepared.

Q: Do I pay extra for your services
A: When we book you through various travel services and excursions, you don’t pay anything extra to us or the vendor. In fact ,we often have access to special pricing and packages that mean you pay less and even benefit from additional services that you wouldn’t have if you booked on your own.

Q: If my plans change, are refunds available?
A: Cancellation fees vary by supplier, which we share with you at time of booking. For any unforeseen circumstances due to medical, delays or cancellations, we do recommend travel insurance and, if needed, a cancel-for-any-reason add-on.

Q: Can I use my frequent-flyer points?
A: Yes! If you would like me to manage this, I charge a small fee. If you prefer to handle your own airline reservations, just let me know and we can remove airline costs from the supplier itinerary.

Q: Some of us are active, and others not so much. Can you help us?
A: Yes! Our itineraries are individually personalized for each of our clients so a difference in activity level is certainly easy to accommodate. We create curated experiences for each person so that you get the vacation you deserve and desire.
